No Return or Refund on Opened Products:
For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, opened, used, tested, or damaged beauty and cosmetic products are strictly not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Eligible Returns:
Returns or exchanges may only be accepted if:
• The product received is damaged or defective
• The wrong product was delivered
• The product packaging is sealed and unused
Return Request Timeline:
Customers must report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear proof (photos/videos if required).
Refund Approval:
Approved refunds or exchanges will be processed only after product verification by Divine Beauty Cosmetics.
Non-Returnable Products:
• Opened cosmetic products
• Used skincare or makeup items
• Tested beauty products
• Products damaged after delivery
Divine Beauty Cosmetics reserves the right to reject return or refund requests that do not meet the policy requirements.
